Excellent Customer Service
This was our first experience with Copper Smith and it was excellent. From design conception of an antique brass hood to full service delivery. The CAD review design process was quick and detailed and the communication of when the Hood was ready for delivery and the hood was delivered without a dent/scratch and was in pristine condition . They also followed up to confirm we and our customer were happy. We will use coppersmith in the future for our metal needs.

Highly recommend World Copper Smith
World Copper Smith exceeded any expectations I had. When I requested samples, made my decision based on those samples, I chose 3, and the final product was exactly my dream. I designed my hood , they sent me visual images via email that outlined every detail. This company worked with me every step of the way from day one. My dream kitchen has been planned around this beautiful piece.

Good
Overall the process was timely and communication/tech support good. We had some trouble with their description of what the Remote blower is defined as which caused us to order the wrong type. However, they helped us return it and dealt with the issue reasonable. We are happy with how the custom stainless steel and brass strap hood turned out for my clients.

Nice to see the virtual images as I build my choices
Your products are beautiful. I think it would be nice if you mentioned on the build-sequence that you do offer the option to have a hood built to accommodate the customer's own vent insert, since I'd prefer to use Vent-a-hood due to it's highly recommended easy cleaning and good functionality. I'm not sure, but I don't think the "as-designed" image depicts the specified dimensions so one can judge the proportions? If not, that would be nice for those of us with only 8' ceilings since it does yield a vertically compressed appearance. Wish we had 9' ceilings!

ForwardAir Delivery 12-06-23 / Coppersmith Vent-a-hood
The ForwardAir delivery driver was of great assistance. He was patient, kind, and offered assistance with opening the crate for product inspection. The Vent-a-hood is beautiful by the way and we could not be more pleased with the entire process. We are approximately a month away from installation and know that this piece is going to be "center" to the beauty of the kitchen.

Custom Brass Hood
Working with Coppersmith on a custom Brass range hood was so simple. They were able to accommodate the extra length we needed in the chimney due to a 13' ceiling in a client's kitchen. The craftsmanship on the finish was wonderful, seams were so smooth and invisible!

Love love our custom hood!
We were very excited to order our French range for our old farmhouse kitchen remodel, but the hood that matched it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. I went on the website and built exactly what we wanted and needed. It’s a match made in heaven, and the quality is superior as well. We love it!

Beautiful hood
Shipped earlier than expected so that was a surprise. Luckily the truck driver helped bring the hood up the driveway - I could not have done it alone. Product looks great although it hasn't been mounted yet so no photos to share. Sending a photo of my dog since it is requiring a photo to submit the form. Maybe I can share a photo of the hood at a later date

Gorgeous
We got a sink and hood from Coppersmith and are blown away by the quality and beauty of the items. The verde finish is stunning!! The only thing that I was surprised by was the prominence of the Coppersmith logo. I do think they could have put it in a less visible location—there’s no way people aren’t going to ask who made these pieces. They are truly one-of-a-kind. I do feel like the presence and location of the logo should be disclosed and agreed upon prior to fabrication.

Excellent communication through the design
Excellent communication through the design and purchasing purchase! Communication after purchase regarding storage and delivery was difficult as I no longer had a single point of contact and received different answers from many different people. Otherwise, fantastic and the hood is gorgeous!
