High quality craftsmanship

I recently ordered a custom range hood and could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship. The hood is beautifully made - fabricated as designed, high quality material, and expertly welded seams. Customer service maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Installation was fairly easy for our contractor, but preparing for installation was a bit trickier. This was his first time working with a CopperSmith hood design, and install guides did not always provide the level of detail he needed. He was in direct contact with the company who helped to the extent possible. It’s only because of the install that I did not give a full 5-stars, but the hood is definitely a full 5-star quality!

Amazing website

The ordering process with CopperSmith was made simple by their website which enabled us to visualize our hood while picking from hundreds of options. We can’t wait for its arrival!

Neverending support

This was my first kitchen remodel and in the interst of cost, had used an online design co. That only offered preliminary drawings. I also had an issue of a beam that was added before we finished my kitchen layout (rookie mistake). Turns out the beam was right over the stove, making it necessary to design a hood for our 10 foot ceilings that also accounted for the beam. Michael C. Helped immeasurably, from discussing design and measurements, to helping me sort through many hood models to get the right aesthetic. When the hood arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes! Gorgeous. And it fit perfectly. . . you can see it fits perfectly. We had little space to work with and coppersmith nailed it! Great job!

I wanted a large, custom hood design for my clients and Coppersmith made the process simple and seamless. Their design and review phases ensured that that were no mistakes and I was able to sign off on the design drawings without hesitation. The fabrication and shipping emails kept me informed, so I was easily able to update my client on the timeline. The hood is installed and beautiful. It is a show stopper.

Elkins Hood

We absolutely LOVE our Copper Smith Hood. It is a focal point of our kitchen, and almost never fails to get a compliment. We had some tight space constraints with a beam, and tile-work already in place, and exchanged a few rounds of CAD drawings to ensure everything would fit. Upon installation, the measurements that were provided proved to be spot on, and the tolerance of the construction was within 1/64" throughout. It literally fit perfectly. As a Mechanical Engineer who has been involved in manufacturing for a quarter century, and also being the guy who installed the Hood, I was justifiably impressed. Well Done Copper Smith! You get what you pay for, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and bath and used several Coppersmith products: large 36 in kitchen apron sink, small island sink, and a bath vanity vessel sink. The craftmanship and quality is top notch. We also bought a 36in hood that we call the cornerstone of the remodel since we chose all our colors and decorating schemes around. We bought the insert for the hood too which has plenty of power for our wolf range. Coppersmith has the best customer follow-up and support and they ship their products so well protected you needn't worry about losing time because of a damaged product during shipping. Couldn't be happier with how our project turned out and the Coppersmith products we used.

Superb quality and artistry

From the shopping experience on their website, to the cad design process with their design team, the entire Coppersmith staff did a phenomenal job with our custom range hood, three basin farmers sink and bar sink. There were a few shipping delays outside of Coppersmiths control, plan accordingly this is common. We will use coppersmith again in the future when we do a bathroom renovation. There are several companies available for similar copper products, the quality and service is not even in comparison to what Coppersmith has to offer their clients.

Best Quality That We Could Find Anywhere.

Kitchen project are not for the faint of heart. We ordered or stove hood and sink from Coppersmith and we're glad we did. Their products are beautiful. High grade. Well built. We ordered the white glove delivery, totally worth it. Our kitchen project was completed March 2024. Total gut-job. It took about 3.5 months from demo to finish. The under-mount sink took a trip to the counter manufacture for a perfect install. Pitched correctly. If we had to do it again, Coppersmith would be our choice.

When an unfortunate dishwasher leak required a kitchen remodel, we decided to make the kitchen that we always wanted and that included a hood that was classic, but made a statement and wasn't something one could buy from off a shelf. After wading through 20 different samples of materials and colors, not to mention different designs, the CopperSmith team was always helpful and responsive - offering suggestions from appearances to durability (not to mention willing to send out more samples when we needed them). In the end, the hood we ordered was perfect and more than one neighbor gasped when they saw it. If I ever need that one-of-a kind piece again, Coppersmith will be my primary go-to

All of the tables started to look the same and we were able to get a one-of-a-kind look with our new brushed copper table. Everyone that comes into our home comments on how much they love the new look.

Investing in my Coppersmith hood was absolutely the right choice. If I had gone with a lesser product, it would have reduced the rich feeling of the entire room. Plus, it works really well! From the idea I have had churning in my head for years and then to see it become a reality has been just lovely! With the help of Coppersmith with my idea, to a rendering from the design department was seamless. Samples of the copper were sent overnight to help with my selection. Communication has been superb. Projected time was spot on! The communication from shipping to the delivery truck yesterday went without a hitch! New Kitchen

We decided to gut our kitchen and have it completely redone. With help from an awesome contractor, my husband that redesigned the kitchen and several awesome sub contractors we were able to make our dream kitchen come to life! We decided to go with Coppersmith hood and sinks and we were so happy we spent the extra money. From the ordering to the shipping, all amazing!!!!

Excellent craftsmanship and service both times!

We completed a kitchen remodel at the end of 2020 and a barn remodel in 2024. We ordered copper hoods for over our stovetops for both remodels and got exactly what we wanted delivered to our door in a highly protected wrap and crate. No damages. Perfect condition. The service and the selection were amazing. No matter how many copper samples we asked for (a lot) Coppersmith sent them promptly and cheerfully so we could make our selection. We ordered a different vent fan and Coppersmith made sure the hood was made to specs to fit our fan. We love our copper hoods and would recommend Coppersmith in a heartbeat to anyone looking for copper hoods or sinks!

Copper Hood Review

It was well worth wait. The country kitchen look is exactly the appearance we were looking for. The new exhaust (through the roof) provides excellent heat removal. The new cabinets fit well with the weathered copper. We now have a functional kitchen that looks very appealing.
