2025 kitchen renovation

Great support from start to finish. Range Hood arrived well packed in a wooden crate. During installation our general contractor had questions, an actual person answered the phone and answered the questions. The copper finish pairs great with our oak cabinets!

Custom with full attention all the way

This has been my first time experience with World Copper Smith in using their product for our client and I really appreciate the attention to detail that they showed all the way, from the custom design to answering questions about the product upon receiving and really being supportive. It is now a jewel in our client's kitchen. Stunning and functional. The ventilation system works fantastic! Looking forward to the next opportunity to use them again!

I had a great experience with Coppersmith for a client of mine. Aside from the obvious (the hood is GORGEOUS), the customer service is amazing; the staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The shipment arrived very well packaged and protected. Designing the hood was easy with their visual and user-friendly website. I also ordered samples of colors, which are such a big help for designers. I would definitely work with CopperSmith again!

Jewelry for my Kitchen

When looking for a kitchen sink during my remodel, I couldn't find a sink that carried great reviews for the price point. It made me dig a little deeper, which is how I came across Coppersmith. I instantly fell in love with the idea of having a brass sink. I ordered 5 samples which really helped me get a better idea of the finished material. From sales, to customer service (with such small and silly questions), everyone has been beyond phenomenal. Truly, I am so beyond happy with my purchase, it really is the jewelry for my kitchen. It patinas which is equally beautiful, but once a month I give it a good scrub and it always makes me smile ear to ear seeing her shine.

Beautiful sink

Our sink arrived in a large wooden crate, which was reassuring. We removed the bands/straps and the the dozen or so screws From the lid. It was well packed and protected, therefore no damage was noted. We are not ready for the installation yet, so we repacked it and screwed the lid back on. Our first impression, it is a well made hand crafted piece. You notice like subtle differences in the texture and colors, which is exactly what we wanted. We went with the rustic and it was even prettier than the sample that we used to select the finish and texture. We are looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. Jet and Dianna Thomas

Perfectly crafted and designed for our space

We want to thank Michael, Evan and the entire CopperSmith team for their expertise, patience and diligence in working with us to create the perfect crowning piece for our newly designed kitchen. They were even able to accommodate some changes mid-way through the process that made a beautiful piece perfect. We wouldn't change a single thing about it.

Amazing service and gorgeous table top

The table arrived weeks ahead of what I expected. The shipping box relieved all worries of possible damage in transit. Once unpacked I was actually stunned by the finished product. The overall craftsmanship is excellent. The corner wraps are exquisite and in fact are virtually invisible. My compliments to the artisans who constructed it. On the customer service side of the things the process is simple and efficient. In my case, I had looked into purchasing a table top a year ago but decided that the cost was an issue. When I decided to take another look a couple months back my original sales rep, Michael Ciparelli contacted me immediately to let me know that costs had gone down significantly. I feel that is a step above and beyond on his part. He sent samples and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely and thorough manner. The overall look of the table has transformed the dining area. Absolutely stunning effect and exactly what I needed to complete this space . World Coppersmith - Hoods

We recently completed a project where we specified a custom metal hood in copper and it is the focal point of the kitchen! Going through their detailing process and working with their team on specifying the details was seamless as was the delivery process and communication on delivery. (The hood even arrived with white gloves for installation!)
