Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The CopperSmith Customer Feedback Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by World CopperSmith, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
Survey Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the CopperSmith customer survey.
Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without completing the survey, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “CopperSmith Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $500).
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place on or about May 12, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the administration of this Sweepstakes and to improve the CopperSmith customer experience. By entering, you agree to receive communications from Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor does not sell personal information to third parties.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “CopperSmith Sweepstakes Winner Request” within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
