The rustic utilitarianism of the copper Old World™ range hood recalls an era when form followed function as a matter of practicality in the family kitchen, with its hand-hammered texture (which was historically applied to add tensile strength) and it's classic iron straps and copper rivets. Old-world charm and durability meets modern-day convenience with the sealed, maintenance-free finish of this hammered copper range hood.
All CopperSmith® Old World™ range hoods are easy to install and designed to accommodate professional-grade insert fans.
This hammered copper range hood is fully customizable. Select a custom patina, texture, hood size, insert fan blower and installation type on this Web page.
A CopperSmith® customer service representative will follow up on all custom orders by phone or e-mail to confirm order details. Fully scaled CAD drawings are available upon purchase. Detailed installation instructions and insert fan compatibility are guaranteed.
Contact us for pricing on custom sizes, additional patina options, insert fan upgrades or island mounts.
We recommend Old World™ range hoods be placed 30 to 36 inches above the cooktop. A hood's width should be equal to the cooktop's or up to 6 inches wider, according to preference.
Consult your general contractor regarding the proper CFM for your hammered copper range hood. Our expert staff is also available to answer ventilation questions.
