The age-old tradition of developing stock and stews over the period of a long afternoon is further elevated in this Italian-made stockpot by Ruffoni. Constructed with layers of the finest metals, chefs can revel in the power of its innovative design while showcasing its beauty throughout their home.
The tri-layer of metals used throughout the 8.5-quart covered copper stockpot transforms how chefs prepare and develop their recipes. It begins with an aluminum core that brilliantly conducts the heat and allows complete control of its power. The copper exterior of the pot then spread the heat evenly throughout each of the designs to ensure smooth and even cooking. To finish it off, the Ruffoni designers included a stainless steel interior for effortless use and cleanup.
Topped with a silver-plated handle crafted into a bundle of vegetables, the pot’s unique design exudes class and elegance. Stainless steel handles sweep upwards, providing strength and elegance to a pot made for both kitchen versatility and tabletop display. Its unmatched strength and timeless design provide the ideal piece that is meant to be passed down through the generations.
